Your satisfaction is important to us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

Here's how the return process works:

• To cancel your order : Send us an email to Kosmetikbyeli@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and a note that you wish to cancel the purchase.

• Returning items : Please return unused and originally packaged products to the specified return address within 14 days. You, as the buyer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

• Receive a refund : After receiving and inspecting the return, we will refund the purchase price via the originally chosen payment method.

Important NOTE:
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products that have already been opened or used are excluded from exchange.

  (Free shipping on orders over CHF 70 )

Your orders are packaged securely and in an environmentally friendly way to ensure all products arrive in perfect condition. We use robust packaging materials that optimally protect your eyelash extensions.

Shipping time:

• Switzerland: Delivery usually takes place within 2-4 working days after receipt of order.

Shipment tracking:

After shipment, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track the status of your delivery at any time.
